This is a blog for me to post health and fitness to inspire me on my goal of content. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired an i'm ready for a change. i know weight loss may take a while but i'm ready and nothing is going to stop me.
INSANITY!

starting the insanity workout today with my mom. i’m really excited. I am definitely going to stick to it because i know if i didn’t do the insanity workout then i would just be sitting at home, getting lazy. i’m honestly motivated right now. even if insanity is too hard, i’m not going to give up my weight-loss goal this time. it’s NOW, or NEVER. i’ll update you guys throughout the day on my food intake.
